Video: Porsche 991 GT3 Cup car on ice. Yes, really.
Winter is coming. August may not even be finished yet but Porsche is already looking ahead to its 2015 winter driving camp in Finland and, judging by its recent video, it’s an experience of a lifetime for this involved.
For the most able participants (likely those who have progressed through ‘Camp4: Precision’, ‘Camp4S: Performance’ and ‘Ice Force: Master’ training levels at previous camps) there’s the opportunity to drive a 991 GT3 Cup car. One ice.
If that wasn’t enough, Porsche’s 887hp hybrid hypercar, the 918 Spyder is another potential chariot on the frozen lakes of Levi in Northern Finland. Don’t believe us, type ‘Porsche 918 Spyder on ice’ into YouTube for proof from some of those lucky enough to get behind the wheel. Enjoy.
