Video: Magnus Walker’s ‘Turbo Fever’
In Magnus Walker’s latest video, ‘Turbo Fever’, he explains why the Porsche 930 (which will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2014) has found such a strong place in his heart.
Featuring three 1975-77 Porsche 930s, Magnus explores the history of his Turbo collection, as well as describing what these legendary 911s are like to drive on the freeways and canyon passes of America’s west coast.
Of the trio, a silver 1976 930 is of particular interest, being the first US-spec Porsche 911 Turbo in America. However, also look out for the Minerva blue Euro-spec 930, finished with a set of gold Group 4 wheels (as featured in issue 100 of Total 911).
The keen-eyed amongst you will also spot the feature from issue 83, first introducing Magnus to Total 911 readers. Keep an eye out for it.
