Video: 2016 Porsche Rennsport Australia Festival preview
Rennsport Reunion V was incredible. Held last September at Laguna Seca Raceway in California, it marked the largest ever gathering of Porsche racing icons for three days of on-track action.
We couldn’t stop talking about it for months after the event and, if you check out our galleries from the event, you’ll be able to see why. The only downside was that Rennsport Reunion had to come to an end, and the next one won’t be for another three or four years.
However, if you can get yourself on a plane Down Under this April, you can get your next Porsche motorsport fix at Sydney Motorsport Park (formerly known as Eastern Creek) with the 2016 Rennsport Australia Festival.
Running on Saturday 30 April and Sunday 1 May, the festival looks set to provide a southern hemisphere version of the Rennsport Reunion, complete with a number of Porsche motorsport legends.
