The best of Rennsport Reunion V gallery – part two
This weekend’s Rennsport Reunion V wasn’t just about Porsche 911s. As the name suggests, the whole event was a celebration of Weissach’s (and Zuffenhausen’s) motorsport heritage.
What’s so fantastic about the Rennsport Reunion concept is that the cars, whether they’re 917s, 956s or RS Spyders, are not just on static display (of which there are also many) or restricted to demonstration runs.
They’re treated as they should be and raced hard by their owners and a number of Porsche legends, enticing over 50,000 people along to watch across the weekend. The 11 shots below capture just a small part of the magic. Enjoy:
