Neunelfer II cars & coffee announced

Save the date, for Sunday April 2 sees the second instalment of Total 911’s ‘Neunelfer’ cars & coffee return to Porsche Centre Portsmouth. Reserved exclusively for variants of the Porsche 911, the event follows Total 911’s inaugural event held at the same venue in the autumn sunshine last year.

Once again, PC Portsmouth’s service bay will be open for complimentary health checks (available on a first come, first served basis), while the showroom will showcase the very latest of Zuffenhausen’s flat six machinery. Intended as a relaxed occasion for owners to share their Porsche stories with the Total 911 editorial team and other enthusiasts, prizes will also be awarded for various categories including car of the day, furthest travelled and the ‘Spirit of Butzi’ for the 911 with the most patina.

Lee Sibley, Total 911 Editor, is excited to kickstart Total 911’s cars & coffee concept for 2017 on the South Coast: “Last autumn we decided to try a small event with Porsche Centre Portsmouth exclusively for Porsche 911 owners. Held on the same day as the nearby Goodwood Revival in a month where good weather cannot be guaranteed, we were treated to beautiful sunshine and a similarly glorious turnout as nearly one hundred Neunelfers filled Porsche Portsmouth’s opulent premises. It was great to meet new people and catch up with friends in a fitting environment, buoyed by a vibrant atmosphere. It’s our pleasure to welcome all Porsche 911 owners back for more of the same come April 2.”

Leigh Rye, Aftersales manager at Porsche Centre Portsmouth, is equally delighted to welcome the event for the second time, telling Total911.com: “The first cars and coffee was a great success.  Everyone involved from the Centre had a fantastic day, getting the chance to meet new customers and see their wonderful collection of Porsches. It’s a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with such a highly respected magazine within the Porsche community again and this time we will have more technicians in on the day of the event and the whole workshop will be open for complimentary inspections. Bring down your 911 and see you here!”

First arrivals are welcome from 8am. Register your interest in attending by emailing [email protected] with your make and model details as well as your registration (license plate) number.
