‘Neunelfer’ cars and coffee confirmed for Sunday 11th September

Total 911 is proud to announce ‘Neunelfer’, the magazine’s first ever 911-only cars and coffee event, will take place at Porsche Centre Portsmouth on Sunday 11th September.

Open to all derivatives of Porsche 911 from throughout the car’s 53-year history, Neunelfer will bring together the very best cars and enthusiasts the UK has to offer, all in one stunning venue at the expansive grounds of Porsche Centre Portsmouth. The event opens between 8am-1pm and, aside from the world-class exotica on display, there will be a chance for cars to get a complimentary OPC inspection from the team of technicians on hand throughout the day.

There will also be prizes available to win at the event: while ‘car of the day’ is a self-explanatory accolade, the magazine team will be rewarding the ‘ultimate traveller’, reserved for the 911 owner who’s driven the furthest to attend (tweet a picture of your 911 and your nearest recognisable location to @Total911 before you set off!), plus there’s a special ‘spirit of Porsche’ award, where the team will be looking for a well-used 911 with plenty of patina – garage queens will not be applicable for this one! Guests are welcome to take a look around the latest Zuffenhausen machinery inside the Porsche Centre Portsmouth showroom on the day, with further surprises still to be announced.

Lee Sibley, Editor of Total 911, believes the event is a must-see for all owners of Zuffenhausen’s most iconic car: “We are delighted to work with Porsche Centre Portsmouth to provide what will be a world class event with a distinctly local feel. The Porsche community is renowned for its passion and spirit, so I’m confident we’re all in for an exquisite day surrounded by great cars and excellent company in the perfect setting. As one of the last Porsche-centric events before the Autumn, this is something Porsche 911 owners will not want to miss. See you on 9/11 day!” he says.

In the true tradition of cars and coffee, entry is free, with highlights of the event to be posted on Total911.com and in a forthcoming issue of the magazine.

There’s over 200 parking spaces available at PC Portsmouth and more across the road, though to guarantee your spot in the idyllic grounds of the Porsche Centre simply email your car reg and model to [email protected] before 1pm on Friday 9th September.
