The ALMS has proved a difficult hunting ground for the Porsche 911 GT3 RSRs this season. Prior to the Petit Le Mans, both Team Falken and CORE autosport had secured a best finish of second, but victories were proving elusive.

However, at the 16th running of the Petit Le Mans 1000-mile endurance race this all changed as Team Falken’s driver line-up of Wolf Henzler, Bryan Sellers, and Nick Tandy guided their 911 GT3 RSR to a remarkable win.
