911 (G series) (G, H, I & J Series) 1974-1977
For 1974, the entry-level car was badged ‘911’ and fitted with a 2.7-litre engine. Impact bumpers were now fitted to comply with US regulations, and from 1976 all 911s were hot-dip coated and fitted with ‘elephant ear’ mirrors.
