Andreas Preuninger and the 991 GT3 RS at the 2015 Festival of Speed

Last weekend, we were lucky enough to ride up the Goodwood Festival of Speed hillclimb in the latest Porsche 911 GT3 RS. There’s even a video to prove it.

However, if there is one man qualified to take the 991 generation Rennsport up Lord March’s famous driveway it is Andreas Preuninger, the man in charge of Porsche’s GT department, the team that created both the 991 GT3 and GT3 RS.

In this official video, Preuninger talks a little about the new 991 GT3 RS while blasting the 500hp+ Rennsport along the 1.16-mile driveway outside Goodwood House in West Sussex.

Every time we hear the new 4.0-litre DFI flat six in action we think it sounds fantastic. With the added bonus of Preuninger’s insight, this is definitely a video not to miss.
