2015 Total 911 Photo of the Year Award winner announced

For two weeks, you have been voting to decide the 2015 Total 911 Photo of the Year winner. Now, it is finally time to announce the victor: ‘Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 at dusk’, snapped by Rob Till.

Till narrowly missed out on winning the award last year but has more than made up for that in 2015 with one of our favourite shots, the Magenta Carrera 2.7 glistening like a jewel in the South African dusk.

Incidentally, it is one of our most recent commissioned photographs; you can read all about the car (and see more stunning shots) in the latest issue of Total 911, available in store now. Alternatively, you can download your copy straight to your phone or tablet and see our awesome imagery in digital form.

Second place went to ‘Old and new: 911 Turbos’ by Mark Riccioni (featured in our 930 3.0 v 991 Turbo head-to-head in issue 122) while Ian Kuah’s ‘Canyon carving in SharkWerks’ 997 GT3 RS 4.1’ finished third.

As a ‘thank you’ for voting, you can download the winning shot as a wallpaper for your computer. Simply click on the photo and drag it onto your desktop to download a hi-res version.

In the interests of transparency, here is the full break down of the final voting:
