2014 24 Hours of Daytona exclusive gallery

As you will have undoubtedly heard, Sunday 26 January 2014 was a pretty good day for the Porsche 911. At 2:11pm, Patrick Pilet guided the Porsche 911 RSR he was sharing with Nick Tandy and Richard Lietz across the finish line at Daytona International Speedway to secure Weissach’s 76th class victory at the 24 Hours of Daytona.

While you can read the full report of the race here, suffice to say it was a twice-round-the-clock thriller, with the new works 911 RSRs coming under pressure from both SRT Vipers, a Corvette C7.R, and a BMW Z4 across the course of the race.
