Walter Röhrl thrashes the new Porsche Cayman GT4 on track
We all know that Walter Röhrl is something of a driving god. The Bavarian rally ace is a two-time World Rally Champion, taking 14 WRC victories (including three successive Monte Carlo Rally wins) across a 14-year frontline career.
Away from the special stages, Mr Röhrl is also an incredibly handy pedaler on the track, especially at challenging circuits such as the infamous Nürburgring Nordschleife.
Therefore, when Porsche decided to put its most famous test driver behind the wheel of the new Porsche Cayman GT4 for its latest official video, we definitely sat up and took notice (as should you).
Blasting around the Portimao circuit in Portugal, Röhrl gives the Cayman GT4 a thorough work out. And yes, there’s plenty of sideways action in the very fashion rally driver fashion. Enjoy.
