Tour Britannia 2011 – discount for Total 911 readers

If you enjoy track driving and your classic Porsches, then here’s a great chance for a long weekend racing that you won’t forget – along with an added bonus for Total 911 readers.

For the past six years, Tour Britannia has established itself as one of the premier race tours on the classic racing calendar. However, for 2011 the event has a new class for post-1981 modern GTs with their own separate races alongside the classic Astons, Ferraris and Porsches.

Tour Britannia takes place over the long weekend of 16-19 June and will take in Pembrey, Castle Combe and Silverstone race circuits (the latter including being the first to use the new F1 pit facilities) together with Porlock and Prescott Hill Climbs and numerous other Tarmac stages.

You and your car will need to meet certain stipulations (such as having a National B racing licence), but if past years are anything to go by, it will be an event to remember, with some impressive machinery.

Prices start from £2585 for a car and two people, but mention Total 911 magazine when booking and you’ll get a 10 per cent discount. Further details are available here.
