Total 911 issue 113 now on sale

The new 2014 Porsche 911 Targa, based on the wide-body Type-991 Carrera 4 body shell, truly is a case of ‘old meets new’. First unveiled in late 1966, the 911 Targa featured a distinctive silver roll hoop, designed to meet US safety regulations.

Designed to provide an open air 911 experience while retaining the safety of the coupe, the Targa would continue to utilise the famous roll hoop design until the introduction of the Porsche 993 and its sliding panoramic glass roof.
