Quick chocolate stop. Weather is appalling -heavy rain which is hard work on main roads. A1 is an historic route and feels very old school. Now going on england’s Route 66 – the A66. Looking forward to some more interesting driving soon. Glad we’re not in a GT3 – this Targa is more suited to long runs.
A66 was congested. Now in Scotland and the sun’s shining at long last. Some great roads beckon.
